Terms of Service

01|GENERAL
- Do NOT use any of my work for NFTs, cryptocurrency or AI generation. This includes any promotion of said media.
- Do NOT use my work to promote any form of bigtory/hate speech.
If you are found violating these terms, you'll be publicly blacklisted.I WILL DRAW:
- Animals, both feral and anthromorphic! I'm specialised in furry like creatures and dragons though!
- Humans/humanoid characters
- Real life people/pets [please ensure you are permitted to do so!]
- Fanart [this includes oc interactions]
- Original characters
- Ships
- Light gore
- Smoking and alcohol useageI WILL NOT DRAW:
- NSFW
- Depictions of pedophillic, zoophillic, incestous and/or abusive relationships
- Drug use [this includes vaping and marjiuana, sorry!]
- Extreme gore
- Anything offensive to a person/party
- Countryhumans
- Mechas/robots/cars02|PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
- Payments are to be made 24-48hrs after the commission is accepted.
- I'll accept refunds up until the first WIP, afterwards refunds will NOT be accepted.
- If I cancel the commission for whatever reason, you will be fully refunded and will receive a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed.03|REVISIONS
- I do not send WIPs/sketches for smaller commission like sketches and chibis. You are required to send enough information beforehand. Touch ups after the commission is done is okay!
- For larger commissions, I'll send a few WIPs:
A 1st WIP showing the general concept of the piece: Revisions, critiques and changes are welcomed and encouraged during this stage!A 2nd WIP tying down the sketch and refining details: Revisions and fixes are welcomed. After this is accepted, I will no longer accept major changesA 3rd WIP with lines/colours: You may ask for minor changes like hue shifts or to change the composition. Final piece. Minor touch ups can be made!04|DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Deadlines depend on what you are commissioning, but it can range from 48hrs to a month!
- You'll recieve a .png or .gif file of your commission.05a|PERMISSIONS & ARTWORK RIGHTS
- I have all rights to my artworks and can use them for promotional/personal use.
- All pieces will be watermarked and signed.
- You must credit me for my art and designs.
- You, the client may use your commission for personal use only [pfp, banners, stickers, personal prints etc.]
- You may not resell or commercialize your commissioned piece unless it is discussed beforehand or a custom design
- If you want to commercialize your commission for lets say a youtube thumbnail, there will be additional fees. PLEASE specify that in your request so I can work ou prices etc.!
- You are allowed to repost your commissions elsewhere with proper credits.05b|PERMISSIONS & DESIGN RIGHTS
- You may change the design to your likings as long as you keep some of the original concept.
- Always credit me, mellcnimx, as the designer.
- You may use the design for whatever suits your means as long as it's not NSFW, or offensive towards a person or party.
- Adding onto that, you may make offsprings or sibilings based off of the design. As long as you credit me as the inspiration/reference.
- You can only resell the design after a two week cooldown post recieving the design. You can only resell them for the original worth unless additional art with worth [i.e commissioned and personal art] is added.06|COMMUNICATION
